From Wire To Water
Every trap that leaves our shop in Glenwood goes through the same five steps it always has — no shortcuts, no outsourcing.

Wire Selection
We start with heavy-gauge galvanized wire, chosen to stand up to salt water and rough handling.

Forming
Wire is bent and shaped into the trap frame on jigs we've built and refined in-house.

Welding
Every joint is welded by hand for a frame that holds together under load, trip after trip.

Coating
Frames get a protective coating to fight corrosion through years spent on the bottom.

Assembly & Inspection
Funnels, runners, and hardware go on, and every trap is checked before it leaves the shop.
